You may request to delete your Driven account, withdraw your consent to the
collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, and delete your personal
information where we are no longer required to hold it by contacting us in writing at
privacy@driven.ca. In some cases, Driven will be permitted to continue to collect,
use and disclose personal information after you have withdrawn consent, such as
where the information is necessary to administer your account, maintain the integrity
of the credit reporting system, or as otherwise permitted or imposed by legal,
regulatory, administrative, security, compliance, contractual, tax, accounting, or
reporting requirements. In other cases, if you withdraw your consent for any
purpose required to provide our product or service to you, we may no longer be able
to provide that product or service to you. We may also retain your personal
information as necessary to respond to a complaint, dispute, or reasonable prospect
of a dispute.
In addition, if you withdraw consent to the use of your personal information for
marketing purposes, you may continue to receive promotional communications after
the date of that request if a marketing campaign is already in process before we
receive your request.
